Person who did ECG and fitted Bp monitor very helpful and explained everything well. She advised I ring 2 hours after I got the number. All well thank you As above everything everything everything Quick ultrasound although I had trouble getting correct information from person in health centre. Everything Came in to have an event recorder fitted and the service was fast and efficient. On time, courteous and friendly.All good thanks.

Talk through everything so I knew exactly what I was doing Explained everything and listened to me Prompt times. explanation of using equipment everything went smoothly - questions answered well. A very friendly and relaxed consultation where the procedure was explained with patience. Very clear instructions with a very patient and caring manner. Everything well explained and nurse made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I could ask questions and it did not feel rushed. Put me at my ease and carefully explained the procedure. She was empathetic and explained things well. I felt that the nurse listened to me and didn't rush through the appointment. Explained what was required, making it easy to use.

I work and blood test had to be mid morning and could not be done on same day as fitting blood pressure monitor. Co-ordination of tests to 1 visit if possible. The waiting area felt too dark and enclosed and was hot and stuffy. Could do with some signposts of better directions to the Cotgrave Health Centre. All done very well, perhaps an information sheet to take away about the monitor and purpose of it.supply micropore to act as extra stability for the wires. The contact telephone number to ring for an appointment is at the bottom of the sheet and would be better following the choice of venues.
